About returned goods / defective products

Return deadline / condition

Please note that we cannot accept, change, or return products for customers other than "products" and "defective products" after the order is confirmed once.

We cannot accept cancellations, changes, exchanges, or returns of reserved products after the order is confirmed.
In addition, the contract with the customer will be established by the shipment of the "Order Confirmation Email" from our shop.
If you do not receive the "Order Confirmation Email" after ordering, there is a possibility that the contract may not be established, so please contact our shop.

Cooling -off is a system applied to door -to -door sales. Cooling -off is not required for mail order. Please note that this site does not apply a cooling -off system for mail order from customers.

Returning postage

Before replacement and misplaced delivery exchange will be borne by our company.

Defective

We are paid thorough precautions for shipping the ordered product, but in the unlikely event that there are "product differences" or "defective products", excluding the following cases, exchanges with the same good product. I will do it.
In that case, please contact our shop within 7 days after the product arrives.

In addition, products that cannot be replaced due to out of stock will be refunded. In addition, the refund method for credit card payments will be ordered to the card company.
